Where can I find out what domain names are available?
You can find out if a domain name is taken by visiting http://whois.domaintools.com and entering a domain name in the empty ‘Lookup’ field. If it is available, enter it in the Membership Agreement. Registering the name and coordinating with the web-hosting provider is included as part of your fee.

What are analytics?
Analytics are a way to keep track of how much traffic your website is receiving. We set you up with your own Google Analytics account, considered the leader in visitor tracking.

Do you accept checks?
Yes, although for the fastest service you’ll want to pay by credit card on our How Do I Get Started page. You can mail payment to us at the address found in the Membership Agreement. Once your check clears, we’ll get your website up and running.

Can I have you make changes to the design of my site?
Flat Arc is designed to be a professional looking portfolio site at minimal cost. In order to keep those costs low, we cannot make design changes. You can make suggestions for future developments in our Members Section.

I have a website, now how do I make changes to the content?
We have outlined detailed answers for site management questions in our Members Section. Current user login is required, which can be found in the ‘Critical Account Info’ e-mail you received from us when your site went live.
